Tourmaline – rubellite, indigolite (BLUE CAP)

Multi-colour tourmaline which changes from indigolite at the lower part through rubellite at the upper part and termination is again formed by indigolite (‘blue cap’). The matrix is represented by white cleavelandite, into which the leaves of purple lepidolite and isolated crystals of rubellite ingrow. Very aesthetic combination, moreover from a rare and hard-to-reach location.
